| Returns Policy We understand that buying antiques is a matter of personal taste. Therefore we offer a returns policy so that you may return any goods you find not to your liking.
You must email us within 7 working days of receipt to confirm that you are returning goods.
For customers within the EU:
All postage, packing and insurance charges for the returned items will be at your cost and responsibility. Upon receipt of the items in the same condition in which they left us, you will receive within 30 days a full refund.
For customers outside the EU:
Because of the higher shipping charges involved, all shipping charges (e.g. postage, packing, insurance, customs, etc.) for the returned items will be at your cost and responsibility. Upon receipt of the items in the same condition in which they left us, you will receive within 30 days a full refund of the item price (less any charges incurred during shipping).
