This teapot lid is possibly New hall or some Staffordshire type manufacturer. It has simplistic floral decoration, including one with heart shaped green leaves, which are quite distinctive.

The lid has a border decoration with double orange leaves between which are green dots with double purple dots bounding them.

The oval finial has a dark orange stylised flower painted on the top.
