Due to the huge amount of spam I received (>100 emails a day) through the previous form on this page, I have had to move it to another location.
I have created another contact form - it is on the main website. Please go to the website and select Contact Us. There is no link on this page because the spammers who spammed me repeatedly through the previous contact page will just follow the link and spam me again.
